Did you know that Vitamins and Minerals are not found in most food? Did you know that cooking, light, chemicals, oxygen, and many other things destroys and kills vitamins and minerals?
So are there any vitamins and minerals left in processed food? Anything that is cooked is void of minerals and vitamins. Many food items didn’t have any to begin with because most Vitamins and Minerals are only found in plants primarily in fruits and vegetables. Where do you think milk gets its Vitamins and Minerals? They come from the plants eaten by the cow. Almost all Vitamins and Minerals start out in plants.
Did you know that meat is virtually void of Vitamins and Minerals? Most of the Vitamins and Minerals that you get from the meat were only there because they were in the blood. The part of the animal that humans usually eat is better known as the flesh of the animal. Predators such as lions, and bears, and hawks etcetera rarely eat the parts of the animal that we eat. Predators are usually searching for the rich Vitamin and Mineral laden intestines and blood. And why are the intestines and blood heavily laden with Vitamins and Minerals? It’s because the prey mostly ate plants.
What purpose do Vitamins and Minerals serve anyhow? Since now it’s obvious that you’re not really getting any Vitamins and Minerals in your diet you now can safely assume that the human body does not really need as many Vitamins and Minerals to survive as what you thought. Mostly the human body is living on sugar. There is sugar in various forms in everything we eat. Processed foods have the worse and most unhealthy form of sugar but it still works.
This is why people are always so tired and out of energy. The healthier the form of sugar, the more energy you will have. The only real purpose that Vitamins and Minerals play is healing, protecting, cleansing, and rejuvenating. They are the healers. They help our bodies heal, and cleanse, and protect itself. They get rid of dead, dying, and dangerous cells and morbid tissue and such substances. The more Vitamins and Minerals you get in your body the faster you will heal, the younger you will be, and longer you will live.
How do Vitamins and Minerals make you younger and healthier? The cells in your body are being over worked by all of the poisons and toxins you’re eating. Vitamins and Minerals help strip away these over worked and dying cells. And help your body make new cells. Vitamins and Minerals help your body to destroy and dispose of poisons and toxins. If you stop eating poisons and toxins, and start getting more Vitamins and Minerals your body will grow younger and healthier.
There’s another problem that is destroying your energy and health and youth. When humans eat three times every day, their bodies never get any rest. What’s worse is that we eat things such as meat that can take up to 24 hours to heal. We need to eat much less. And we need to eat better things.
People always say that we need proteins in our diet such as meat. The body actually does everything it can to get rid of excess protein because too much protein in our body turns into a dangerous acid basically like ammonia that is very harmful and destructive to our veins and arteries and other cells and organs. Our body has plenty of proteins. And there are plenty of proteins in plants, and vegetables, and in fruit. Lots of people believe that fruit and vegetable do not have proteins. That’s because they’ve been misinformed. Plants and fruits have lots of protein.
Milk usually has minerals and vitamins in forms that are not bio-available to our body. The healthiest form of sugar is in fruit and honey. Vegetarians probably eat the healthiest but have you ever wondered why they don’t live any longer than anybody else? Well first of all, they usually don’t become vegetarians until it’s already pretty late in their lives or their deteriorated health drove them to become vegetarians. Then they try to eat so much food to keep up with the Food Pyramid’s demands for nutrition.
Vegetarians usually end up giving up or else end up eating more food than anybody else would ever dream of eating. Certainly they’re much healthier, but yet have not achieved the “Perfect Health.” Vegetarians are wearing themselves out needlessly by giving their bodies far too much food to process. Their organs and metabolism gets beaten to death. Our bodies need rest.
