With enormous media attention and a lot of funding for research and development, hybrid cars have been promoted as the green technology that could help save the Mother Earth. However, wise consumers should be alerted that not all products claiming to be green are really green and a lot of marketers are just taking advantage of the trend by jacking up their prices.
